Corrective action: 2024-001 Time and Effort Payroll Documentation Corrective action planned: Cahaba Medical Care will implement a formal process to document time and effort for personnel, subject to the level of effort requirements. This process will require time and effort for personnel to attest to the amount of time spent on a grant monthly.
